A guide to finding and checking care

Longevity therapy clinic: find care with clear answers.

Find care and check its details with this guide in everyday words; it does not list clinics.

Start with the person, the visit, the medicine, and the full bill.

Start the care check
A care offer, opened up

  2. B
The visitHow will they learn what I need?
  3. C
    The medicineWhat exactly is proposed?
  4. D
The billWhat is the full cost?

Start with something you want help with.

Perhaps it is weight, sleep, energy, or a concern you find hard to name. Put that concern into your own words. Ask how the proposed plan relates to it.

Ask the person treating you: what health problem are you checking, what improvement are we hoping for, and how will you tell whether it has happened?

Separate the person from the product.

Peptides are small chains formed from the units that build proteins. [a]

Food and Drug Administration is the full name of the US drug regulator, FDA.

As of September 2026, peptide care can involve approved drugs, medicines a pharmacy makes for a patient’s needs, or other products without FDA approval. [a]

These pharmacy-made drugs are called compounded medicines; before they are offered, FDA has not checked their quality, safety, or benefit. [a]

Ask which kind is being proposed. Then make two separate checks: one for your care provider and one for the pharmacy.

Leave with names and clear answers.

  • The name and licence details of the person treating you.
  • A visit that gives you room to ask questions.
  • The exact proposed medicine and the reason for it.
  • A written bill and a way to reach follow-up care.
